Refund & Return Policy – eRocs Mart
At eRocs Mart, we care about your shopping experience and strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you face any issues with the product you received (such as damaged product, torn packaging, wrong size, defective item, or product not matching the image), you may request a full refund under the following conditions:
Refund Conditions:

You must email us at support@erocsmart.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

The product must be returned in its original box/packaging and in unused condition.

The product must be sent back to the eRocs Mart office within 7 working days, at the customer’s own responsibility.

For products with printed prices, if the merchant price is higher than the printed price, you must register a complaint within 48 hours by emailing support@erocsmart.com. If valid, the extra amount will be refunded via bKash within 15 working days.

For advance payments (bKash/Nagad/Rocket), if the product is out of stock or the customer cancels the order, the refund will be sent to the same number used for payment.

Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting.
⚠️ Note: Refund and replacement policies do not apply to products sold under special offers or promotions. Free delivery is also not applicable in case of returns.

Our complaint team may contact you by phone regarding your issue. Please ensure your given number is active until the issue is resolved. If unreachable, you must provide an alternative number.

For refunds, you must confirm your preferred refund method (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Card).

If we do not receive your cooperation within 15 working days (via phone or email), your complaint will be considered resolved/closed.

Product delivery depends on stock availability. In unavoidable situations, delivery time may exceed the estimated schedule.

Even after order confirmation, eRocs Mart reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavoidable reasons. In such cases:

For advance payments, the refund will be processed within 7 days (bKash) or 10 days (online card payments), once the product is returned by the courier.
